Located in close proximity to Clovis East High School and in Loma Vista Community North, an established yet still highly surging area with more planned growth. The Shaw Ave 6 lane expansion will begin by the end of 2021, also the underpass pedestrian passage as well.
The City will break ground on a 15+ acre retail center on the SW Corner of Shaw and Leonard. Next to the retail center will be a community park. The NW Corner of Shaw and Leonard sold in August of 2017 and the developer built an ARCO AM/PM and a Starbucks. The ARCO AM/PM sold in November of 2020 for $7.1M. Residential home builders that are in the immediate area include Lennar Homes, Woodside Homes, Leo Wilson, and Bonadelle.
There is also an approved 295 Unit Leo Wilson Apartment Complex (North of Gettysburg Avenue & South of Shaw Avenue) along with an approved 70 Unit Apartment Complex (Shaw Avenue & De Wolf Avenue). As of November 1st, 2019, there are 2,790 roof tops in a 1 Mile Radius, and 10,411 roof tops within a 2 Mile Radius.
